Organic lavender essential oil, Boswellia serrata (Frankincense) essential oil and Caprylic Capric Triglyceride.

Roll on and apply I AM WELLBEING oil to pulse points at your temples, neck, wrists and behind your ears. Alternatively, you can rub I AM WELLBEING oil into the palms of your hands and cupping it around your nose, inhale deeply.
