Shipping & Returns

We currently are shipping within New Zealand and a more limited range to Australia and Singapore (excluding essential oils and tea products). The sale and shipping of Black Teal Bay products to all other countries will be subject to agreement and shipping costs will be quoted on a case-by-case basis based on a minimum order.

We will deliver our products to you via standard trackable local delivery services within New Zealand. All accepted international deliveries to other markets will be undertaken by trackable freight services and may take longer to deliver due to current challenges in the global delivery supply chain.  Please also allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

Black Teal Bay is not responsible for delays or mistakes in shipping deliveries that include, but are not limited to the following: customs delays, natural disasters, air/ground transportation delays/cancellations/strikes.

Returns

You can return items up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as practical.  If  after a reasonable period you have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to exchange your item, please send us an email.
